When using cones watch the fish to see if one fish is controling the cone and not allowing the other fish to eat. A feeding cone does keep the worms in one place leading to a cleaner tank. Also with FD and other foods look at the protein content. Offered as a frozen food they are not very nutritional but believe they are offered in a FD form so you might consider that.
